Know Before You Own

Doesn't it make sense to spend a few dollars to make sure your investment in a used car doesn't end up costing you thousands in repairs?

Before you close the deal, bring it to us for a Pre-Owned Vehicle Mechanical Check-Up. We can give you a knowledgeable opinion. Many vehicles that have been driven by a previous owner may look good on the outside but be hiding serious problems under the hood.

Our Pre-Owned Vehicle Check-Up (only $100.00) includes the following:

• Road test in town for lower speed vibrations/noises and alignment as well as engine and transmission operation.
• Raise vehicle on lift and inspect under-carriage. Inspect for exhaust condition, fluid leaks and structural integrity.
• With car on garage lift, remove wheels to inspect brakes, steering and suspension.
• Inspect body panels for evidence of body work.
• Check under hood to assure that proper maintenance has been done and to inspect belts, hoses, radiator, battery, etc.
• Consult with customer about our opinion of the vehicle's condition.

While it's not an iron-clad guarantee, this check-up may be the most important step in the whole process. And, if the owner refuses to let you take the vehicle to a mechanic ...don't buy it!
